In this tutorial you'll learn how to create this colorful rainy scene shown above. I have included all of the stock images you'll need for this one so you'll be able to practice on your own. The rain drops, splashes, and city lights are actually all painted in photoshop. I know digital painting can be a challenge sometimes, but I'll walk you through step by step to achieve this effect. And finally we will work on some color grading and effects to really make your image pop. The video is about 80 minutes total. Hope you enjoy!
